Winthrop Regional Small Business Development Centers

The Winthrop Regional Small Business Development Center serves three unique areas of South Carolina, providing start-up assistance and ongoing support for entrepreneurs in 15 South Carolina counties.

We serve all types of people:  young people right out of school with entrepreneurial ideas, older people wanting to begin new businesses after retirement, women and minorities needing assistance to develop a business, and existing business owners looking to expand or fine tune their businesses.
